Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This notice explains what information Harvest AI ("we", "us") collects through harvestaifirm.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Harvest AI is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA.
Information you give us
This website has no forms and no accounts. The only way to send us information through the site is by email. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply, to scope and deliver work you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted by GoDaddy. Like most web hosts, GoDaddy's servers record standard technical information for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.
GoDaddy also adds a performance-monitoring script to the pages it serves. That script sets cookies named _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, and _scc_session and reports page-load and visit information to GoDaddy. Harvest AI does not run advertising trackers, does not use social media pixels, and does not set marketing cookies of its own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.
How we use and share information
We use the information above only to run this website, respond to you, and provide the services you engage us for. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: GoDaddy hosts the website, and our business email runs on Microsoft 365. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Client information
Information you share with us during an engagement, such as workflow details, business data, or documents, is used only to deliver that engagement and is handled under the confidentiality terms of our agreement with you.
Retention and security
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for our working relationship and our business records, and we delete it on request when we are not required to keep it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing sam@harvestaifirm.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above.
