# About Harvest AI

Harvest AI is an AI advisory and implementation firm based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We help small and midsize businesses figure out exactly where AI fits in their operations, what it is worth, and how to get it running, then keep them current as the technology changes.

Most businesses know AI matters. Few know where to start. Our work starts with your problems, not with tools: we look at how work actually gets done today, find the places where AI makes a measurable difference, and are just as clear about the places where it does not.

## What we do

- **Advisory Services**: one-on-one sessions with founder Sam South on AI strategy, where to invest first, how to measure ROI and set KPIs, how top and local companies are using AI right now, scaling without overcomplicating, and leading the change.
- **Building AI Into Your Operations**: a three-phase engagement. AI Discovery uncovers and prioritizes your biggest pain points and identifies where AI makes sense and what it is worth. Implementation turns that roadmap into working AI solutions. AI Tune-Up reviews your workflows against the latest AI capabilities so you keep capturing new opportunities.
- **Expand Your Edge**: 1:1 AI coaching for individuals who want practical, everyday AI skills, and for professionals who want to work smarter and advance their careers. No technical background required.

## Our founder

Sam South founded Harvest AI after more than fifteen years leading AI work inside Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, IBM, and Allianz Life.

At Allianz Life, she built the company's first Data Science practice from scratch, putting it more than two years ahead of its competitors, and delivered $314 million in premium growth and $3.5 million in annual savings using machine learning across underwriting, sales, and fraud prevention. At Microsoft, she stood up the organization's first analyst agent in under twelve months, doubling her team's output without adding headcount or cost.

A South Dakota native who returned home to Sioux Falls, Sam speaks on AI strategy at local leadership forums and business summits and guest lectures on AI and business transformation at business schools across the country.
